In life we are not all the time cheered up, not feeling OK. Sometimes we need motivation. Even the most successful person in the world needs motivation sometimes. Motivation do four things to us.

1. Motivation helps you get started.
   
2. Motivation helps you keep moving.
3. Motivation makes you do more than necessary.
4. Motivation makes the journey fun.

Some people says that ‘motivation’ doesn’t stay for a long time. Within someday motivation is gone from me. Well, to them, when you feel hungry, you eat. And when you again feel hungry, you eat again. So, when your motivation is gone, go, get motivation.
